Holiday Pools did a great job designing and installing our new pool. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Tracy knows her stuff and was helpful as we navigated the process, particularly as we had to make many decisions remotely. I felt in good, experienced hands and everything was done on time and it came out great. Beth K.

Pool was installed by Holiday Pools in 2015. Pool light was installed upside down. Service technician called and "repaired" 4 months ago. Technician commented pool light was incorrectly installed originally. $112 After returning from extended vacation, pool light is again unsecured from wall and partially in the pool. No one has been in the pool in months. Frustrated that a slight bump from a broom during cleaning causes the light to dislodge from fixture. Called and requested another technician to fix (closed Sundays), waiting for response. Will update review pending response from holiday pools. UPDATE Talked with service department. They insist this light is NOT installed incorrectly (see pic). It's apparently "normal" for the pool light to hang off of the fixture and into the pool. Light will not snap into fixture. Holiday pool won't scheduled a service appointment until I pay them for a repair. Thier original "repair" was inadequate. I had already paid to have light repaired less than 4 months ago. Horrible customer service.

The pool turned out great. They had a few mistakes like installing the wrong heater but overall it was good. Total lack of communication however from the project manager. Tried to get a few questions answered and it was like trying to pull teeth. They didn’t want to be bothered with getting back to the customer. Most of the office staff was prompt and responded quickly. I’m not sure why nothing was done the entire month of January but the end result was nice and pretty reasonably priced.

We had need of some grouting along the top perimeter of our pool. Justin came and did an amazing job. He spent two hours in the pool grouting, & it looks terrific! Thanks, Justin!

My wife and I have built 2 pools with Holiday Pools and both times have been a great experience. The latest time had a couple hiccups during installation that were handled very quickly and the owner followed up with me to make sure everything was correct. Just recently had a pump start leaking. Within 24hrs of my call to Holiday Pools, they sent out a technician whom quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour or so. He was very polite and informative and made sure I understood what he did to correct the problem. Thanks again Holiday Pools! - Chad
