Superior Pools of Southwest Florida Inc.

In this day and age, it is difficult to find companies or people that stand behind their work and/or product. Most companies are long on promises but short on follow through. Superior Pools is NOT one of those companies. We contracted with Superior Pools to build a new pool in our very small backyard. Dani, our designer, listened to our needs and provided a fantastic 3D drawing of our prospective pool. Once we signed off on the project and the permit was approved, work started very quickly. We were amazed at the punctuality and knowledge of the Superior work crews. They remained on schedule and completed the job on time, perhaps even a bit ahead of schedule. After the pool was built, Josh and Pat were willing to hold our hand through learning how to use our new equipment and clean our new pool. They made it easy for us to understand, so for that we are thankful. To us, having someone that stands behind their work and keeps their word on time and cost is priceless. Choosing to use Superior Pools was worth every penny. Thank you to everyone at Superior Pools for our amazing pool. Our family is going to enjoy it for years to come!

Superior Pools did an excellent job, at a reasonable price and they take credit cards without adding a surcharge. These were all points in their favor, ones that I appreciated and why I chose them. I had another company no-show for replacing my pool pump. I called Superior, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

We are so pleased and grateful that we found and chose Superior Pools for our project ! Everyone, from Ben, our pool designer, Larry, construction manager, all the daily workers for each individual project, Chris- the "paver master", to Pete, the final pressure washing pro...they were all outstanding. Josh and Pat took great and amazing care of our pool for the first month, taking time to answer our many questions, while being professional, friendly and going out of their way to be accommodating. Adam has been a great pool caretaker as well. We now have Kevin going forward taking care of our pool weekly and we are sure he will be great as well. We would very highly recommend Superior Pools to anyone and everyone. They are an outstanding company that care about their product, service, customers and employees.

We had an amazing experience with Superior Pools. They were right there every step of the way, from helping us design and choose tile, deck, flooring, etc for our pool, to the full remodel of our pool and entire pool area, including cage, deck, etc. Their service and workmanship is bar none and when they have a schedule, they keep it. I highly recommend Superior Pools of Southwest Florida.

We are so very pleased with the pool and the process. Superior is definitely on top of their game. Five weeks from breaking ground to swimming. Everything done right, and the support afterward is just incredible. If you have the slightest problem , just call or text. Last thing to say is, shop reputation. Anyone can promise anything at any price, but we have four Superior pools on my street alone and we are all very happy.
