Beautiful surroundings. Friendly nurse assistants. Great Director of Social Service. She’s the only person that I trusted there. Downside, no one had much training on cleaning my wound. The food would be made allergen free for you,, and it was. It was a 4 course 1 meal fits all. No choices. I went from the hospital eating, because I had I could choose what sounded good to me to eating hardly anything. Anyway I was so happy to get out of here.
Horrible place for moving in/out. Only one elevator in the smaller building so they refuse to lock it off.
The staff here are excellent and community is BEAUTIFUL and clean!!
I recently had a two week stay here, following a spine fusion revision surgery. Having stayed in another skilled nursing facility two years ago, The Mirabella which was an awful experience, I was apprehensive. Soon my apprehension was replaced with relief to have found such a fantastic facility. The staff was caring and responsive. The PT and OT services top notch. The facility itself clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was the food which tended to be quit bland. Bring your own condiments! I would not hesitate to stay there again if need be or to recommend this facility to anyone wanting compassionate, quality care!
The nursing staff is so kind and they always go above and beyond. The physical and occupational therapists are very upbeat and helpful and the receptionist, Gloria, is super cheerful and remembers who you are before you can even say your name. I love this place.
My dad is staying here post is ER visit and hospital stay. Everyone here is very friendly and I feel very comfortable with my father staying here alone. There are lot of amenities. My father says he hasn't been served a bad meal and he has no complaints with the staff. Limited parking for guest. I had to park at the Sears across the street on one visit.
This place is horrible the elevator is very slow and. They won't locc it off
My uncle was in the skilled nursing, we removed him rather the. Waiting for release do to lack of care. They lost his clothes, didnt keep good records, didnt shower him often, went two days with out water in his room. Didnt put straws in his drinks and he had a broken neck, and broken arm. Didnt unwrap his food so he could get to it. Wondered why he wasnt eating enough or drinking. Was suppose to give him boosts after every meals, gave him one. He is diabetic 2 , it took over a week and half to get his meals changed to a diabetic diet. Just total poor service, he got sick and they never called family to see if he should be checked out by rhe er, and then told family they didnt feel he needed to they would just give him pain meds. This staff really needs alot of training.
What a great place! I'm so glad my mother-in-law is there. The foods good, the staff are caring, it always smells nice and clean, and there's lots to do. I am over there at least four times a week
I recently called to offer art classes and the lady on the phone. Gloria I believe was her name was extremely rude. I was shocked to have been talked to like that and made me wonder how they treat the elderly if thats how they treat phone calls.
