I have been receiving acupuncture from Acupuncture Boston for the last seven months for my hand back and overall pain relief. They are absolutely wonderful. Kind patient thorough, and truly cares about every person. They listen and adjust treatments at each session to ensure you get the results you need. I was very nervous about acupuncture and the needles but my entire experience was extremely comforting and relaxing. It has made a great difference with my stress level as well. I now look forward to it every week.

Dr. Song provided top notch care through acupuncture, a wealth of knowledge, and the appropriate tools to help aid my mother's journey. She has consistently shown genuine care and concern in my mother's health, making sure she was doing everything she could do to be better. Dr. Song is the best in, hands down. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective. I work long hours in a demanding job and she has helped me get my health back on track while also increasing my energy & productivity levels. She guided me through a detox and I've never felt better and the supplements she recommended helped me recover quickly. She has taught me how to reduce my stress levels and has changed my life.

Dr. Song is a wonder and if you've been wanting to try acupuncture or cupping, go see her. I was extremely nervous about my first appointment for acupuncture but was so put at ease by Dr. Song’s calm, soothing demeanor that I fell asleep during one part of the session! Acupuncture was a great way for me to address myriad issues insomnia, anxiety and I cannot wait to go back!

Do not pay for your visits in advance if Dr. Song’s admin agrees to submit your claim to insurance because they will not. It’s been three months and now they are not responding to my follow-ups. I told them I would pay out of pocket but they agreed to submit to my insurance since my plan covers after I meet the $300 deductible. I’m already spending thousands of dollars on other health related costs so these acupuncture visits are negligible at this point, it’s just the principle and frustrating that this practice lacks integrity. For what it’s worth, there are other acupuncturist nearby who are effective, and surprisingly at a lower cost, and follow through on submitting claims.

Dr. Song is amazing. Best in the city. I had a very complicated and scary pregnancy with multiple issues. I could not have done it without her. She spends time needed with me each session no matter how busy she is. I ended up having a very easy and smooth vaginal birth with no complications thanks to her special technique. Seriously...she is fantastic and amazing. She saved my life and my son's life!!!

Acupuncture Boston and I had a great rapport. They are knowledgeable and effective. Highly recommended.

I recently saw Dr. Song and she did seem very nice and knowledgeable. But I wasn't very impressed with how I felt after my visit. I've had pain in my foot for 6 months and I felt that after my visit I actually felt worse and the pain is more intense. I think for $240.00 for your first visit is a ridiculous price my health insurance didn't cover the visit. I think I would feel different if I had some relief but I feel that there are many acupuncturist in Boston who are cheaper, just as knowledgeable and are more concerned with helping you then taking your money. I understand that everyone needs to make a living but I felt that money was most important. Seeing as the first thing I did was give my credit card to someone who worked there first before the acupuncture was even done. I wish she was more concerned with helping my situation and I'm not all impressed. It was a waste of money and my foot still hurts.

Dr. Song spent extra time with me, answering all my questions about the procedure. The platelet PRP facial was amazing! No chemical injections like Botox or fillers. My skin looks refreshed, bright and younger. I will definitely go back for other treatments!
