The admin staff is very helpful and explain everything about cost for your medical plan based on how many visits you might need. The PT I have is very knowledgeable and explains in detail what he believes I will need to help cure my issue. He also listens and answers all my questions. a very professional environment.

I have been very pleased with my care at Joint Ventures on Water St. It is in a great location in downtown Boston. The office staff are very kind and efficient, making it easy to arrange appointments. James has been very instructive and patient in answering all my questions regarding my heel pain and has set up a portal with exercise videos to help keep me on track.
I am having the best experience at JV- downtown branch. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. I've been working with Stephanie for more than 3 months now, and she has helped me tremendously! I came to her with pelvic floor dysfunction Vaginismus and she was so kind, patient, and encouraging. She set realistic expectations for recovery and always made me feel better when I was feeling down. She's the best!
