Great experience with both Dwayne and Keith. I was looking for a living room set and happend to see the store and decide to walk-in. They have amazing prices and a great selection. They were very helpful and explained the financing process so well. Would definitely recommend giving them a try. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Britnay Jimenez is a Great sales lady. She is knowledgeable about the store inventory. Very professional, nice and sweet. She also explained everything and very thorough. Her looks match her personality. Dwanye was great with working the pricing.

Aaron told me that I was paying for a platform bed and it doesn’t have enough slacks. So I put the box spring under the mattress. The frame is so low it looks stupid. He told me that I wouldn’t need a box spring. He also told me that the delivery and assembly was one fee but the delivery guy tried to charge me 20 bucks. So that would have been 70 bucks in total just for a bed frame delivery and assembly. It was just a 200 dollar frame. The delivery guy did it for free once he realized that the headboard screws were not in the box. I’ve been waiting two weeks for the screws and sleeping on the floor since we don’t have it. I’m so happy that I didn’t buy anything else from them. I bought my mattress from mattress firm! They gave me an awesome deal! I got a 500 dollar mattress for 270 on Black Friday. They said they ordered the screws but I don’t believe them. They also told me that I can’t get a refund but everything that was supposed to come with my frame didn’t. I will never shop here again! I advised everyone else not to! I’m only rating one star because I have to in order to give my personal experience with this company. Aaron even wrote my first review so I could get a 5% discount that I don’t even think I got. So this is my honest review. After two weeks of calling this store every single day asking for them I asked to speak with the manager! He tried to check in on the order and acted like the employees never put the order in. He gets the same platform and takes those screws out. He also gave us some extra screws. So it took two weeks to get them but the manager has the best customer service of any of the sales representatives. I knew that this could be done. I was waiting for them to get the other screws and replace them with the ones they said they ordered two weeks ago! I would say if you need to shop here skip the sales representatives and go straight for the manager 😂😂😂
