Always receive great service at the store where I shop(Chenal Pkwy). Staffs always very helpful  and shows concern for you finding the items you need.  I called in looking for and item that I loved for repurchase. Emma was very helpful and courteous with her service on the phone as well. #LoveKirklands!

Friendly staff and so helpful.  They are so willing to help and share decorating ideas and tips. They have a wonderful selection and great prices.

Way too many different scents mixed together. And not to harmoniously at that! I CAN’T!!!!👎Also, DECORS WITH  PLANTATION COTTON AS FOCAL POINTS. HIGHLY OFFENSIVE 👎👎👎👎DO BETTER 😡
