Amazing experience. Walked in and out in 10 minutes due to amazing customer service. We liked a couch on the floor but not the color, and the employee helped us find a comparable one in the dark gray we wanted. Flexible on delivery and it came right at the top of the delivery window. They brought it to our room and set it up quickly and beautifully. I will get all of my furniture here!

I love Luxury Design Furniture Store! I was having a hard time finding the right furniture for my apartment and this place was phenomenal at helping me choose the right ones. The owner Ali was so patient & knowledgeable and the delivery workers delivered my furniture with care & ease. I recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture at a reasonable price. The service I received was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment.

BEWARE - Store Manager and Workers are money hungry and will rip you off! I went to purchase a bed from this store and picked one out. The Arabic salesman said it was $950. I said okay, I’ll pay with credit card. He kept pressing me for cash, so I gave him $100 and told him to charge $600 on the card. He was like, do you have more cash? I said I’ll pay the balance in cash once the bed is delivered. He proceed to say “why wait, just put all of it on the card.” He kept insisting this until I told him that I do not feel okay with paying the full amount until the item is delivered. I showed my family a photo of the bed that night and they did not like it at all. So the next day, I went to the store and asked to change to a different bed. He said he cannot give any refunds, only store credit. Since I did not like any of the beds they had in store, I decided to purchase a loveseat instead. The loveseat was $600. I asked if I can have the $100 back since I had paid a total of $700 for the bed, but he repeatedly informed me that they do not give the money back under any circumstances. There was nothing in the store worth $100 so I was forced to take store credit. I have never encountered a money hungry predators like this. One would think that as a business, they would care about the customer and abide by better business standards, but they really are con artists. This establishment just wants your money, does not care about you as a customer, and if you have the misfortune of buying furniture from them, understand that you will not see a single dollar back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Me and my husband had order a bedroom set and it took 2 months for us to receive the delivery. At first, they told me a date then ended being a later date for delivery, then i got certain parts which were damaged. After receiving my delivery, the men that delivered broke a mirror i had and a saint statues and left a whole mess of boxes infront of my place. I will never order anything from this store again.

They are totally fraud....i bought a sofa bed they told me give us new ,but they give us display one and it was, when I told them they were disaggre with me and when I show them photo of that they told me they gonna replacement it' , they want few days but they don't show up always tell lie and break commitment, when I go back the store and ask them what's going on , Spanish guy carlos tell me he don't know , no money back or replacement,,, before that's several times I call them always say s the delivery guys out for delivery they took several attempt like 7 to 10 days but they don't show up.. I am going to call consumer affairs department they will take care of it. They always cheat with the customer..I stongly recommend nobody buy anything from them...

Bought a bed from here for over $100 , desperately needed a bed because me , my husband and our 4 year old was sleeping on a mattress on the floor so I decided to come here without reading the reviews which was my fault but I bought a headboard attached with a bed frame and it got delivered within a few days , first day it arrived the deliverers spent about 5 minutes putting the bed together which was way too fast , 5 days later me and my husband go to lay down on the bed and it literally BREAKS! We pulled the mattress up to look at the actual bed and the wooden parts that were holding the bed up were broken!! How?? My husband and I weight less than 200 pounds there’s no way that just by sitting lightly on the bed that it would break. I call and I show up to the place and the owner says don’t worry I’ll have my men stop by and fix it with “better” and “stronger” equipment. The same men that delivered it the first time came and “fixed” the bed.... no kidding, one week later my husband sits at the edge of the bed to take his shoes off and PLOP the bed breaks AGAIN!!! And they refuse to give you a refund ... now we’re back to square one with our mattress on the floor. What a waste of time and money

Carlos is the only nice sales person in this terrible place. He is polite and patient. He tries his best to be helpful. Eduardo is a very unprofessional supposed manager who is completely unhelpful and very rude. The delivery people they use are no better. They do not come when they say they will. On Saturday they actually showed up with one of them stinking of alcohol. They ruined my hallway and my sofa. This place is terrible. Do not shop here.

These people are crooks ! From a professional point of view they sold me scratched furniture and will not refund me my money and will not give me store credit , will be reporting to the office of consumer affairs and better business bureau. The other numerous negative reviews may not be effecting your business but enough word of mouth reviews and negative recommendations should do the trick.

I went to a few spot on Steinway street looking for furniture for my new place . As soon as I walked in a was welcomed by a sales person named Carlos .. I must say he never gave up on me cause i am truly a very picky person . It took me at least 2 hours to make up my mind . He gave me a good deal and now I have my beautiful bedroom and kitchen table .... I recommend this place to my family and anyone out there look for furniture . I will be back for my living room set .. Thank you Carlos and American design furniture!!!!!!

These guys are scam artists. They sold me a new bed, which broke the first night I slept on it. They gave me the run around for 6 weeks about repairing it or replacing it. Finally, they replaced it, but re-delivered the same bed, glued back together. It broke again the first night I slept on it. They refuse to refund my money.
