I have a wheelchair that needed repair/replace. The staff were extremely nice. They did not have one on site so she contacted the Hobbs store and is having them deliver one to me. Very happy with the service!

went to Roswell office 09/02/2016, the day after being discharged after bi-lateral knee surgery with an order for a walker. This was a Friday, and I was told approval might not be possible until the following Monday. I would be contacted immediately, (both home & cell provided). When I had heard nothing by next Weds., I called the number provided and was told no approval (Medicare) yet. Person I spoke to could not offer a time to receive for a walker! To this day, 10/11/2016 have never heard from them.

The worse medical equipment provider. The Clovis office has an extremely rude staff with no proper training, specifically Marcos. Equipment is old and only half functional. Rarely is there someone in the office there or who can actually help you. This office if not this whole company should be investigated and prosecuted for endangering patients lives. The only reason it remains in business is because its cheap faulty equipment and poor service costs insurance companies the lowest.
