The outfit would be my very last choice. All arrangements were made prior to my discharge from the hospital - I even got a loaner tank for the ride home. Called for setup with all the usual equipment and somehow they had gone stupid. Three hours later and no air left in the tank they claim to know nothing... Use another company, I did.
