We were very pleased with this company. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. When We met with Mr. Gerardo Bencomo, he explained the small Concentrator to my partner and was very patient. Compared to the old company, HME IS SUPER. THANKS to everyone there.

Snooty people, no help. Condicending, dont have paperwork. When it was just faxed and wauting on the phone with doctor. Liers.
NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES !!!!!

Truly an incompetent organization that make what should be very simple complicated. It literally takes several days and multiple phone calls to simply make an appointment - that is HME's process. Need to change that appointment? It will take several more days to do so. Their employees regularly promise a follow up that never happens and it is up to you to chase them down again and again.
Multiple times messages have been left for me by HME employees with their first names and asking that I call back their main number. When I do so, the call center has no idea who that person is and become irritated that I don't have a last name.
In addition HME supervisors have lied directly about insurance requirements when I've objected to a product they wanted to supply.
Unfortunately there is little choice in medical equipment companies.
If you aren't forced to subject yourself to HME, better to buy from a online company for a fraction of HME's inflated prices.

I was very pleased with my experience getting a new CPAP from HME in their Santa Fe, New Mexico branch office. Even though they were in the midst of moving and there were boxes and movers everywhere, they took great care of me. They full explained my new CPAP unit and walked me through every step of using it properly. I didn't like the headset that came with it and they told me to take it home, try if for a night, and if I didn't like it all I had to do was call them. I called the next day. They shipped me an empty, postage paid box to put it in to return it. They also asked me for the model number of my old headset that I liked and they sent me one of those at no out of pocket cost to me. They could not have made it easier or more pleasant to get my new CPAP.

Hello, my name is Michael Ortiz I have been using HME Home Health Specialist for the past several years. I have been diagnosed with respiratory problems including severe sleep apnea. HME provided me with oxygen concentrators, training on its safe use and complete filter replacement and calibration to ensure the equipment functions properly and they provided me with a portable oxygen concentrator that goes where ever I go and allows me to continue working in my job as an Environmental Scientist. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in 2015, HME provided me with a great BiPAP which was recommended by my physicians and now my apnea has been reduced from over 47 episodes per hour to less than 2 episodes per hour. I would strongly recommend HME Home Health Specialist to my family and friends and anyone who needs home health care products.
