This company has been great in working with us and the insurance company to get the equipment that my son needed. Kourtney is absolutely amazing and made sure we were kept updated on the status of the equipment and made aware if there were any delays. All of her hard work was truly appreciated!

The process was easy and fun. They do pressure mapping and a proper evaluation when fitting for a manual wheelchair. I was kept updated the whole time and the communication was great. Highly recommend for anyone who uses a chair in New Mexico.

Bad employees = bad cust service = bad reputation = going out of business blowout! Jason Lovato was supposed to provide a rigid frame wheel chair. He made remarks about how long he has been in the business for a good amount of time and that he made over $100,000 during a previous year selling mobility equipment. He built up the outlook that we would be receiving a perfectly sized mobility unit. Long story short, he couldn't even provide what he told us. The unit we received was smaller than what we were told and after being mislead by Jason and Sandia Companies, we terminated with them. Numotion was the company that fulfilled our needs. I felt swindled by his lack of honesty and I now know what to expect from Sandia- poor service, misleading information and a poor mobility provider. Sorry but I feel that the general public needs to know how misleading Jason and Sandia Company can be when trying to make a buck!!! **After reading the reply from the owner, my feelings are validated. Trying to blame their faults on a previous employee? What does an employee have anything to with how poorly Jason provided his neglectful service. Poor excuse if I might say so. Jason and Kourtney Krap know what company I work for as well. lol

Nasty service. A simple call turned into a headache. Found a better provider who won't over charge for profit.

Kortney was amazing to work with it . She went above and beyond to help us get Mobil and have a better quialty of life. We can’t thank her enough !!
