I have never been treated so badly by a company. I have been treated like a criminal because I forgot to notify them about my insurance change. I was sent a nasty letter threatening me to return my bi-pap to them even though it was paid for and I had no balance on my account. I have had to call them, they don't have the curtesy or customer service skills to call me back. I have called the corporate office and not been given satisfaction until today when I talked to Dan in the insurance department of corporate. He was the first person to listen to me and try to take care of my needs. Jennifer of the Albuquerque office told me there was nothing she could do, Dan told me no one can clear my problems BUT this office. Get another company to handle your needs, this office is irresponsible.

The People are all friendly in the office and the field. So everybody else that comments just relax and take a chill pill. It is a very hard job to sit in the office all day long answering phones and dealing with whiny people and idiots. Give them a break!

Office staff doesn't communicate with their good drivers. Learn to text drivers and avoid lame staff.

I have literally never had a successful oxygen delivery from this company. Have been using them for 2 years because they have the VA contract. This week they forget my large tank and ask if they can deliver it tomorrow? Umm, no I'm pretty sure I need it for a reason. Upper management is horrible, I've had to have my doctor call them several times.

Jen J.11/11/2014Edit I have read so many negative comments about this company its just sad. My experience with major medical and the office personnel has been good. Nathanial was extremely helpful and kind. My delivery man was professional and kind he even called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. All I can say is treat people the way you want to be treated and working with the public can be very demanding . Try a little kindness and patience. thank you.
