In review of multiple comments, it seems that people are either very happy or very unhappy. I unfortunately am in the latter category in terms of trying to get velcro compression for a patient of mine. I sent his order in January 2018 and he called me in February to let me know that he is not getting his phone calls returned and still does not have his garment. I called to speak to a supervisor, who informed that that he would "look into" his case and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. If I can't hear back from a supervisor after having a direct conversation with him expressing my concerns, I am inclined to use other companies here in town for better customer service.

According to hme the reason why everything is ALWAYS delayed is insurance. It's not them failing to put orders for diapers in. It is not them failing to CONTACT the insurance. Nope. We dumb dumb customers just don't UNDERSTAND that insurance takes days to weeks to months to reply. also its the wheelchair part companies fault as well. It, not overworked employees that are so either frazzled or just plain incompetent. Nope. NOTHING is Hme's fault. Seriously this company is both incompetent and unprofessional. If it wasn't our only option because of my brother's insurance we would go elsewhere.

I went in this morning and they scheduled a same-day delivery. They never showed up and I will be out of town tomorrow. Called at 5 pm. Was told to leave a message. I was never called back. Very unprofessional experience in the office also. Customers talking over each other about private medical details. I wish I had another option.

I used to luv HME...no lo ger...their growth has cost them in customer service and concern. It takes over an hour to get thru on the phone and just as long in the store.....Today I called ahead to get the bipap case THEY FORGOT to deliver with the machine, our doctor spoke to the respiratory manager about it a month ago, but no follow thru and when I arrived today I was told yo go to the south side office instead...being a care giver I don't have time to run all over town or wait for someone in house...this is rediculous

Service seems to get worse every time I call. The people in the office very rarely get my delivery order right. They are usually very rude and in a hurry. This last time I ordered for a Friday delivery it never even went into the computer. So now I have to wait till Saturday and cannot leave the house until they come. If you are given a choice I would never go with hme. if you get the same bad service that I get, please complain! This has to change!
