HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF ATTITUDE! EVERY time I called in to re-schedule an appointment or had to cancel due EMERGENCIES I was treated as if I was cancelling a life event! YET WHEN THEY CALL YOU TO CNACELL ON YOU FOR them over booking appointments ITS OKAY! When you try speaking with their JOKE of an owner they just scream and yell at you and say how their staff is "Excellent" yet they call and CHEW YOU OUT if you miss any appointments! I am a single mom of two working close to 96 hours EVERY WEEK WITH NO DAYS OFF FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS! I had a family member in the EMERGENCY ROOM and was the ONLY person in my office and was unable to cancel an appointment. Truth be told some of the individuals are the REASON I NEVER made my appointments because of HOW ABSOLOUTELY HORRIBLY RUDE THE ENTIRE OFFICE WAS! There is ONE male employee that works there that was nice! I was actually able to get my back brace thru a much nicer company! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THESE RUDE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE!!!
