Ambercare Albuquerque

Since mid-april I have left countless messages for the person in charge of agency transfers. Last month I went to Ambercare and the paperwork was done, signatures from myself and the person who was helping me fill out the paperwork representing Ambercare and yet I have not heard anything. Today.. I called again, no call back. They called my care coordinator back a month ago, telling her to tell me to fill out the paperwork. A whole lot of good that did. So I have nothing else to conclude on this day almost 3 weeks since I signed paperwork WITH them AT their office that they don't care about me. If they don't care about me, they won't care about you, your family member who rely on these services. Insurance carriers should stop paying companies that are reckless towards the very people who they supposedly care for. Buyer beware. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am going to file a complaint with the state as well, I cannot even imagine what a nightmare this would be if I had a family member with alzheimer's trying to secure care.. if this is how they administration is run, I cannot even imagine how bad their service is infact-- it's neglect.

Our family has used them 3 times and I must say all three times we had a great experience. They were always wonderful with our loved one even up to the very day they passed. The Caplan Joel, RN Daniel, Aide Labia, Social worker Stacy, and Counselor Tonya stayed by our side's when my sister was in her last phase of her life. They made this easier for our family.

Horrible, find someone else. We felt like all we got was lip service, got told to get our own supplies. Just terrible

My experience is Very disappointed with Amber Care, they did not care for my family member! We dropped this agency, within a month. Amber Care the pcs super visor has NO compasion, No one asked the client I worked for what happened, she jumped in to conclusions, that is so unprofessional!!! The worst agencie in ABQ..
