A & R Medical Supply

Do not use A&R medical supply. I highly recommend to take your business else where. A&R is very unethical and unprofessional. Patients please check your insurance coverage before dealing with them. They will lie and try to have you pay out of pocket for certain expenses to make more money. Example, rollator insurances cover these especially Medicare, as a previous employee they implied a new rule beginning of February which is to bill Medicare for the rollator and up-charge the patient and have them pay $140 out of pocket the only walker they will give you for Medicare is a standard if you want a rollator they up charge you. Don’t let them fool you. By the way they sell rollators out of pocket for $120. Ridiculous trying to make money off patients that most likely have a fixed income is disgusting. Hope it’s changed in the last month. They will lie and say your insurance doesn’t cover items because they don’t get paid as much so please call your insurance prior to believing their lies. I expressed how unethical I thought this was. I highly recommend using HME specialists or Major Medical first before dealing with A&R. I really don’t know how they still have a license to be open.

I thought initially that the service would be terrific--my initial appointment went very well. But I am new to using the CPAP for sleep apnea and having problems. I CANNOT get a call back! I wish I had gone elsewhere to get the machine. I have now learned if this machine is not used correctly, or if the fit is wrong, it can cause huge problems! March 5, 2018: I would like to revise the review I gave. I have had response and cooperation in the fit of my CPAP mask. We aren't quite there yet, but I believe that I will receive the help I need now.

The people at the Roo Rancho store were extremely helpful. Two people helped me find forearm crutches and they were wonderful. I highly recommend this store.

I went to A and R Medical Supply at 203 Southern a few weeks back. I needed a blood pressure reader. It seemed like I was invisible to the people working there. No even a hello. I was trying to talk to the lady and the man just kept interrupting about something that did not concern me. He never made eye contact with me. He was a rude fool. She did not have the item I wanted and got me to give her my SS number and other personal information saying she would call me when she had what I needed. She never bothered to call me. This place is horrible. I will never go there again. Stay away!
