Worst experience from the Santa Fe store ever tried to complain, was told regional manager would call. It is now a week later and still no call or resolution. The problem obviously begins with management. Our complaint has now gone to my insurance provider for investigation. I have friends who now tell me the have had the same issue. Better off taking our business elsewhere.

What a horrible experience! I called asking for a womens black 10-15 compression sock. I'l flying out for a 3 week long trip. They said they would sell them to me and they were not returnable but I had to be measured. I mean who cared is I want to blow $25 on a pair of socks that end up not right for me. They would not sell to me without being measured. Weird!

One of the worst experiences of my life! They constantly and intentionally tried to double and triple bill me. They NEVER serviced my equipment despite repeated written and phone requests. Finally, after almost two years of complaining about their service and dishonesty, they dropped me as a patient. My advice: stay away from these scoundrels...

A+r medical supply in Santa Fe didn't deliver my sister supplies Two days in a row said be here both days between 3 pm and 5 pm never came called them the first day told me emergency comes first (my sister needs her supplies too) second day called them at 5 pm to see if they are coming told me they will be there, it's 6:15 pm and they closed at 5:30 pm and still no one has come. still waiting
