Preferred Medical LLC

We had been battling unsuccessfully with Pacific Pulmonary for exactly a month to get my mother the oxygen concentrator that her doctor ordered. We got totally fed up with them, and called Preferred Medical. In contrast to Pacific, within one hour Ray had everything cleared with insurance. He spent a lot of time juggling logistics to get her the machine as quickly as possible. We are very grateful, and are extra pleased that our phone calls are answered quickly - and by a real person! Preferred Medical is now our go-to supplier, and we highly recommend them.

Ben v. was a wonderful careing and nice customer service staff. Perferred medical, llc provides the best medical supplies. Very happy with my purchase will be returning.

So helpful and kind. Great service. Truly value their customers. I had an occasion to use them again and did have some difficulty. Basically to do with their billing. If you use them, be sure to keep your receipts and watch their billing. Charlie straightened it all out for me and was wonderful to work with.
