Absolute worse time after time.
Every time I think they're making progress on customer support, I have to call them back to talk to someone else. I've been using them for about a year now and have had MAYBE 1 good experience and about a dozen other bad ones.
There's no cross communication support at all so I've ordered supplies and then have to call back 2 weeks later to hear that they "left me a voicemail" about a payment, which never happened. I've made payments and then get bills months later for that something I had already paid for. They don't call back after leaving voicemails.
This is a terribly run business and I have no idea how they're still around.

Took months to get a new cpap mask because I was repeatedly told I can’t order till I got an updated doctors prescription... I finally demanded to why they hadn’t got my letter yet was put on hold for 2 mins and told it will be sent out... So it sounds like my letter had been there for a while and every time I called nobody bothered to see if it was there. They seem annoyed by people calling to get fresh supplies and say stuff like ‘you just got one’ ... I want a new every time my insurance will pay for one and you should be happy for the business... I wish I could switch back to Veras (or whatever their sister company is called) but they don’t have the right size sponges for my machine.

Very poor service. Ordered parts. waited four weeks. Keep calling every weeks, and repeatedly given insurance information 4 times in 4 weeks. Still no response.

I got this service in December and the Brought in a Oxygen Concentrator Electric and 1 tank on wheels. I starting asking about portable oxygen and the person told me. "You should have at least five of those big tanks in case the electricity goes out." Being irate about that they brought a few portable tanks and didn't worry about the additional big tanks. Then the small tanks ran low and they said I was suppose to have fifteen. Never got fifteen so I complained again and they brought them out. Then one night the electric oxygen concentrator alarms started going off. I called and the came out the next day or two and replaced it. Now I am getting deductible bills with late fees almost equal to the amount of the deductible for the oxygen stuff that they never service, never check to see how your supply is. Finally I have purchase my own stuff because I refuse to be serviced by inferior and incompetent people. I now have everything waiting to be picked up and the filter in the electric concentrator has not been changed since they put it here. Chicago has very bad air and they should keep on top of their equipment. If you call them and are expecting a call back? Doesn't happen! Worst company ever!

Always the nicest and most polite people to deal with. I had a problem with Medicare payment for oxygen, called HME and explained the issue. Vanessa was so polite and took care of the issue ASAP. Great company to deal with all around. Service guys are the best. Very prompt when they set a time to come. Very quick and efficient and friendly.
