Mark Drug Medical Supply

I would recommend this store for sure.. I got a breast pump which was covered through my insurance and Mark Drug helped me through getting it so easily.. They replied immediately with all my questions and also gave me different breast pump options with all the comparisons.. The staff is so polite and professional.. I had a list of 57 providers and all my calls until I found Mark Drug were super arrogant as if they didn’t want to sell a breast pump or they don’t care.. But Mark Drug gave me a very satisfying service and I HIGHLY recommend them..

The service was amazing. We called to order a breast pump over phone and the lady was very nice and helpful. First she listened all our queries and then helped us to find the best product, which was 100% covered in our insurance policy and she emailed us all the product details which were 100% covered to choose. We took couple of days to finalize the product and mean time, they used to follow up with us. When will finalized the product and ordered it, to our surprise, we received it within 3-4 day only. I was not sure it will be so quick as I heard from some of my friends that it may take up to 1 month. Although we are not using it yet, but from the overall experience, I would definitely recommend.

I was connected to Mark Drug through my doctor's office/insurance company for my breast pump. The service was great! We were communicating through phone and email and the people who helped me were professional and prompt (shout out to Teresa who handled most of it and was wonderful to work with). The whole process was so much easier than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them :)

They are awesome. Super friendly staff, extremely helpful, I truly recommend using them! I was having difficulty finding someone who would provide a breast pump and my doctor recommend Mark drug medical supply, I called them and it was delivered the next business day. Truly wonderful. Thank you!

I was in search of a breast pump provided through my insurance and they were a huge help! They have me a list of the top sellers and also reviews on each of the products.. It made things easier for a first time mom like me. I was also shocked on how quickly they delivered the product!! After my insurance sent the necessary documents I got it the next day.
