Why Medical Supplies

Why Medical Supply is exactly what everyone says it is: a fly by night company that takes forever to provide needed supplies to their patients. For many of us, WMS is a go between for Doctors and insurance. We do not get a say about that but so far, it has taken them literally MONTHS and I still don't have a mask for my CPAP. My life is on the line. Heart attack, stroke, atrial damage, and they cant be bothered to get me what is supplied by insurance months ago. right now I am waiting for DAN to send me my mask and filters. He just told me "They were out of the mask" and he is telling me about this Tuesday, and it was supposed to go out last Friday. Why not tell me last Friday? Why not send the filters? DAN came to my house after weeks of waiting even though my machine was in and ready for delivery. Then another couple weeks and he forgot needed supplies. Now I have no mask. He had me take photos of my old masks, jumped through all those hoops and then he brings only one mask, THE WRONG MASK , and does not even know how the machine works!!!! These people should be ashamed.

Best O2 medical supply business in the area. They know what they're doing (Medicare rules, etc.), quick to respond, and offer newest equipment on the market.

I have been using why medical supply for many years now. I have not once had a issue with customer service. Anytime I call with a question my needs are met in a timely and professional manner. People have to remember it is a medical supply company they can only move as fast as your doctor and insurance companies do. Which we all know how difficult it can be working with different doctors and insurance compainies. I would higly recommend WHY Medical they're great!!

Horrible after hours support. My mother is oxygen dependant and her concentrator is broken. Left urgent messages and no returned calls. Why bother saying you have 24 hour support when you dont!

Horrible, horrible, horrible DME vendor to utilize. I work for a home health agency and they have postponed several of my patient's being discharged due to the inefficiency of their office staff. They are known to state equipment will be delivered on a date then the time/day passes and they lie and state their driver went and could not find the location. All lies they tell you. WORST DME COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!
