Orbit Medical

I'm not sure if I talked to "Austin" or "Justin" but either way--I got no response to my concerns. My mother needs a transportable motorized chair or scooter. That was specified in detail with the physician and that's what the physician ordered. Orbit, however, provided the biggest, bulkiest chair on the market. It's too big for my mother's house and definitely not transportable. When I called to request a change I was repeatedly told that the chair they provided was the only one that fit my mother's weight. However, after the call I visited their website and found that all of their motorized chairs have a standard capacity of 300 pounds which was within her range. Then I was told the only thing they can do is pick up the chair so I said pick it up then. I haven't heard from them since. In the meantime, the chair sits idle and unused and my mother is unable to get around as needed.

JR was very helpful. He arrived in a timely manner. He was very respectful and he had a really pleasant attitude. He set up my medical equipment and took his time showing me step by step and ensuring I understood. I would recommend Orbit Medical to my friends and family who may be in need of medical supplies. JR is a great asset to the company. Great experience overall.

I genuinely wish there was a negative star for this one. Worst company ever! I get oxygen service for my mother and this company could care less about her and her breathing. They never EVER answer the phone. It always sends you to where you have to leave a message and then they NEVER call you back. Takes forever for the tanks to come and I made it very known I would not be home and I would not like someone I don't know coming into my house with my disabled mother when im not here but of course they came anyway. My mother just missed 3 yes I said 3 appointments that I took 3 days off of my job to take her to cuz they wouldn't overnight a regulator for her oxygen tanks because the one they gave us broke. I get mad even thinking about this place. If you need oxygen DO NOT GET IT HERE unless you want to die!

The CEO of the local branch (Justin) reached out to me directly. We had a very professional and constructive conversation. He ensured me that he would rectify the issues I experienced and he did in fact get them resolved in a timely fashion . I give him a lot of credit for resolving my concerns
