Never really had an issue till this time. You'd figure if someone's prescription was expired you'd try and let the customer know beforehand right? Well I guess not cause I never received my insulin pump supplies and after calling in to see what the problem, thankfully i did cause i would've never known, was I was told "oh your prescription is expired" and no one thought It'd be helpful to say something before? I'm pretty frustrated cause I ran out of supplies and I had to keep an infusion site in for 3 days after I was suppose to change it cause I never got my package, it's fallen off now and I don't know when my supplies are gonna get here. So lucky me I have no way of delivering my insulin until it gets here. So yeah I'm pissed it's not like this is a serious issue or anything right? Customer service for the win here

Had appointment on December 15, 2017 after waiting since September 23, 2017. I met with Lisa who seem a little rushed with me and short. She gave me a sheet of paper with a list of supplies and I was told to ordered my supplies as needed. The problem was there was about twenty items on the list. She could have checked off the ones that I needed. I hope this store have another person for me to communicate with or I will be looking for another supply store.

I would not refer them to no one. My lady Marilyn Adams failed to tell me I could pay out of pocket for jobst stockings instead Doubek sent it thru my insurance the cost $187. My insurance paid $17 Only and the $170 is left for me to pay. The out of pocket cost would be $130. You do the math!!! I have spoke to Marilyn and billing and left several messages for her boss. No one has yet to return my phone call. Poor Service!!! I will like to change my stars from what I posted. I spoke today to Marilyn boss and he will adjust the amount for me and send out an adjusted bill. Thank God!!!! Doubek not bad@ All....

The only dealing I've had with Doubek is they provide us with our cat's heart medicine. It is delivered free to our door...for this service alone, I would given them 5 stars....LOVE not having to drive all the way there from Tinley Park and for no charge? (we of course tip the drivers)
