ABC Medical Services Inc

I made an appointment to have a back brace made. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and the person that I was suppose to meet G. Patel was not there. I called the 800 number on the card and G. Patel answered and said that he decided not to go to that office today I would have to reschedule. I asked why I wasn't called and advised that he was going to cancel the appointment. He said he was to busy and it was to bad I would just have to make another appointment for the following Monday. I told him I would not be doing business with him. I had to borrow a car just to make it to this appointment and it took a half hour to get there and back. This is not good business and I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Terrible to work with. Terrible customer service and almost impossible get their story straight. Iv been waiting on supplies for over 2 months. They say they are waiting for my Dr to send over paperwork but they fail to even contact my Dr. Lots of back and forth. NEVER AGAIN
