As a nurse manager that has worked closely with Neb Medical for close to 6 years now, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They have treated me and the rest of our staff so well. Additionally, their service has helped our patients in need time after time. Unlike many of the bigger companies used prior, they actually care about helping us and our truly service-oriented!

You guys are awesome, my sister got a pump through you and she loved the service the whole way through! The phone girls have been really nice I have called several times to ask some questions since I am now pregnant and they are always very helpfull and nice!

**UPDATE** In response to Neb's response: I won't take down my review. I stand by it. The product I am referring to is the Panasonic Innospire. Look it up. Its all over the web for $25-$35. I understand you stock these at doctors office and as a patient getting one immediately is worth something. But 7x retail?? $246 for a $35 retail item?? So my insurance covers it, great. I still have to pay the inflated price one way or another. This is why premiums are sky high. Here is your shot NEB - Q: Why are you charging $246 in the first place? Answer that in your response. Is it $35 for the device and $210 for the service of stocking it at a doctors office? ----------------------------- Initial review: Here is the nice profitable scam this company runs (and a few other reviews mention this as well): You got the doctor and they treat your child and as part of that hand you a nebulizer that is "covered by insurance". Neb Medical Services then bills the device out at 7x the full retail price. That's right, for a nebulizer made by Panasonic that retails all over the web for around $34.99, they billed Blue Cross $246. Neb Medical Services is quick to point that Blue Cross sets the price! Well I called Blue Cross. They actually dont allow $246, they only allow around $185. So they adjust the bill down a little and insurance pays a bit and you get stuck with $140 balance if your deductible isn't met yet. Even if insurance ends up covering it 100% - we all still get stuck with the bill by way of higher insurance premiums. This is unethical and I called my doctor to tell them to be aware of the scam this company is running. They are reviewing them as a vendor now. Now I know that its a business and they have to make a profit, but we're talking about almost $200 for something the probably pay less than $20 for. An item you can get on Amazon delivered same day.
