I find it to be fairly overpriced merchandise. However if you are looking for unique colors or very specific kitchen items this might be the place to look, just don't expect to get it at bargain prices

Better selection than its parent company, The Bay, however it's the little things that hold the star rating from being a 4. The price matching policy is absurd, and their computer system seems a bit outdated which can lead to annoying experience. In order to price match, a customer needs to show the same product in another companies flyer, and this lower price has to be a sale price, not their normal price. This means that even if the price is lower, it has to be a sale price or Home Outfitters will not price match. The computer system cannot process more than one credit card per transaction, meaning that if you have a credit gift card, you cannot use that then payoff the rest with an actual credit card. Luckily, their staff is likeable and knowledgeable, and the selection of products will keep a customer going back.

Nice places for all kind of variety products. If I had time more I could have enjoy more to look at all of their products.

We received a duvet as a gift and didn't have the receipt. The manager was able to help us so we were able to exchange it for the full value instead of the lowest sale price. Highly recommended.
