Horrible experience.Yesterday I ordered two elongated toilets on-line. I received confirmation they were ready for pick up, and to bring in the On-Line Receipt. My wife went in the morning, as we live out of Town. After waiting for 15-minutes, she was told, she could not pick them up as it was in my name....... OK.......Understandable. So we drive ALL THE WAY back to Windsor Lowe's tonight and arrive at the Store at 5:30. Again, we wait 10-15 minutes, only to be told it would take about 20-minutes to get them. 50-minutes later, I inquire as to what is taking so long. 10-minutes later they arrive on a BROKEN Cart. I go to leave and am told HANG ON - You have to sign this. Fine, so I sign for it, and my wife asked if someone could be kind enough to help us load these into out vehicles. Each toilet is over 100 pounds. 10-minutes later and we are still standing there like fools. We asked again for assistance, and were told to pull our vehicle up to the loading area, and someone would be right out. 15-minutes later and NOBODY!!!!!!!!! The two of us (older people) struggle for at least 15-minutes getting these two items into our vehicle. NOBODY assisted us. This was ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. We were 90-minutes from the time we arrived until the time we left. The Savings were good, but the Customer Service was NON-EXISTENT. We will NOT be back for anything - EVER.

This message is to thank the great staff of Taryn, Leigh, Jeanette, and Laura at Lowe's Windsor. They were the the most efficient, knowledgeable, patient and understanding staff I have ever dealt with. They handled my situation and sale of a barbeque grill with great customer finesse and especially patience with me, an old man sometimes confused by paperwork.

This rating is for Steve in the paint department.. this guy is very knowledgeable, helpful and goes all the way to help you with your project.. He helped us with a porch project from painting the railings, and the floors and the cement and screws needed for outdoors. He recommends the best product for the project.. Lowes is lucky to have such an employee!

It used to be nice store. Not now anymore. Not so much clean and somewhat cluttered. Currently I'm waiting for more than half hour for someone to help me with water heater.

I usually have good experiences at Lowe's, but lately they've been really lacking in their customer service area. I was looking at getting an area rug and the aisle was full of skids blocking the whole length of the aisle, thus blocking the rack where the rugs were. The flooring guy was busy with other customers and had told them it would be 20 minutes for him to find a price on a rug so I got the rug out myself. I got up to the counter and it didn't scan at the sale price so I asked for the scanning code of practice to be applied to my purchase. The cashier just kind of shrugged his shoulders and didn't honour it. Very disappointing trip.

I completed the customer survey on the bottom of my receipt and head office responded right away. The manager at the store followed up with me and was very nice and apologetic. They offered me a $40 credit on my purchase, which I was quite satisfied with.
