Quirky, fun and good! ! Came in for the first time and spied the 16in pie and bottle of red wine special. So, I had to try it. From the shop rag napkins to the video games and wall sized chalkboard, this place is not short on character. But you come to a place like this for the food, and they don't disappoint. The pizza is thin style, crispy on the outside but just thick enough to have a tender interior. Seems that most of the business is take out which is a shame because the staff are so welcoming and fun. If you are in the Georgetown area, stop in and have a Slyce ... you won't regret it.

Wonderful fresh food! The pizzas and calzones were fabulous but the surprise was the salads and appetizers. All were full of flavor and generously portioned. Desserts were great as well. Fun, informal ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

New to DC, our first night and we don't know where to go to grab good food to eat my husband walks us over to HomeSlyce. We are greeted at the door and the boys are offered Playstation games on a large screen while we order and wait. We got a couple of large pizzas and Ceasars & Mediterranean Salads. Salads were sooo good. Large enough portions for 5 ppl. The pizzas are thin ice, just the way we like it w generous amount of toppings. Waiters only had to look at us to know what we needed when we needed it kids finished food first and went back to the Playstation while my husband and I enjoyed the rest of our dinner. If I could give them a 100 starts, I would. Thank you HomeSlyce Ps one if the boys want you to open a location close to home. Want to move to Canada?!! Update - the kids wanted me to mention that we went there the next night and it was just as good as the first time

After a few days of dining out, the kids wanted pizza tonight so we ordered for takeout. We ordered half/half with add your own toppings. One side is like a Hawaiian and the other is all meat. I'm not sure if it's because we were hungry or not, but it was delicious. The only thing my husband would have liked was more quantity on the toppings. There was a lot of cheese though. Yum!

The given time is right on. The Pizza is great! Staff is wonderful. Brownies are Not worth it The cannolis are not bad once you get past the pistachios, which were bitter Walking distance from Hilton Harden Inn with pizza still hot

Best service I’ve ever received! Pizza was fresh and oh so amazing very cheesy. We ordered Long Islands and corona beer was ice cold, Hawaiian pizza was the best Ive ever had. Those moth sticks were brick oven baked to perfection. Servers were on point! Even the owner made an appearance to ensure we were well taken care of. We will be back on our next visit to DC

Ugh. Dirty tables and plates. Provided straws that are unwrapped . Rude, Inattentive host. Served my family with the same gloves he was cleaning with. Spent over $50 one shared 16” pizza + wings & wings but was absolutely not worth it. Disappointing. The pizza was mediocre and wayyyyyy too cheesy. Came here for the reviews but will never return.

Amazing pizza, super fresh! Taste incredible with fresh dough, fresh cheese and toppings. If you need a gluten free pizza- look no further! Cauliflower crust was incredible! Fun atmosphere on the patio in downtown DC. And owner was there to greet us and ask how we were doing! He was very friendly!

First time here and this is my official hang out for food and music. I had the wings and they were off the hook. My kids had the pizza and my daughters while eating lookedi like they were in Heaven. The celery with my wings was better then I have ever had! Good music, good food, amazing atmosphere, and vibe. Come and check them out when you are in DC. Ask for Keith and tell him Tracey sent you. They also have Happy Hour.

Visiting from California we were feelin a pizza thought we'd try homeslyce-dc must say pizza was on point ordered a pepperoni mushrooms jalapeños sausage 12 inch for 2 very filling service was great attentive and courtesy also atmosphere relaxing next time we are in town we will be stopping by so don't change a thingFood: 5/5
