Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Uptown

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay as part of our road-trip stay. We were able to check in at 1 am without a hassle the guest service agent was very friendly and helpful.The room we booked was ready very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy and pillows extra fluffy I had a hard time wanting to check out that morning that is how comfortable I was. My husband was able to bring me breakfast and it was very filling they offered tamales,bacon and potatoes along with other options. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit in the near future when visiting New Mexico.

I gave a rating of a 4 because the chairs for the dining table need to be cleaned. At one point they may have been green, now they look brown. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean with the exception of the living and dining furniture. We stayed for 4 days and the trash cans were very small. House keeping was only available upon request and we had to call a day ahead if we wanted our room cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The Homewood suites is a great place to stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly - I was able to get some extra toothpaste because I forgot mine. And the breakfast is great. One morning they had breakfast tamales! They definitely pay attention to all the extra little things that make a stay extra nice.

Good location with access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was also great and even included tamales. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. This location also has a heated outdoor pool.

CAR BREAK IN!! The hotel was nice. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Just BEWARE of the parking lot. Our vehicle was parked near our room, under a light, valuables were in our room and car was locked. Late that night, security came to our door saying our car had been broken in to, a couple of hours prior. This happened to a few other cars as well. A bummer thing to happen during what was a nice stay at a nice hotel.

Stop by Albuquerque to see a friend. The staff at Homewood Suites treated us very well. Rooms were clean and all facilities were working. The building's security gave me piece of mind. In the morning, they offered a complimentary breakfast. It wasn't half bad. They also have a gym and a heated pool but we didn't get around to it. It was after Christmas. Maybe, we'll try it in the summertime. Staff were friendly and expedient. We would return again.

Customer service is king Homewood suites has it. From the moment I checked in I was greeted with a smile and it was clear management has worked really hard and making sure customer service was very important and the guest is their true value. I would stay in this hotel again without question. thank you for an excellent experience and great job Management. I would recommend other Hiltons take note.

Very impressed with the service and pet friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was great, beds comfortable, and more space than expected in the room. Furniture a bit worn but I won't hesitate to stay againRooms: 4/5

The reason for the 3 star rating is based on our experience when requesting a handicap room. My husband had a knee replacement. We live out of town and chose to stay in Albuquerque Uptown near medical facilities in case something went wrong. I have limited mobility as well. yes we are old When I checked in I verified we were given a handicap room. The toilet was too low, there was one one grab bar which was placed on the back of the tub. I discussed this with the manager and was told I did not request grab bars. Apparently there are degrees physical impairments that must be disclosed in order to obtain the handicap room that suits your needs. But I will say that the whole staff is great and the food was goo.

Great experience! Especially with the most wonderful surprising services from hotel host/staff, Andrew Merriweather. Really brought good traditional comfort to making a guest feel appreciated. Thank you! My family was happy with the stay as well. This location will be our go to when staying in ABQ. It's also right smack in the midst of all the sights, foods, shops all walking distance.
