Honolulu Tower Condominiums

We recently bought a condo in this building. The best thing about this place is it has the largest and most affordable condos in Honolulu. The worst thing is they have a crummy dog pee park which forces dog owners to walk dogs in the neighborhood at night which can be a very challenging experience, depending on your luck that night. The building staff are a mixed bag, some are very nice. We enjoy the diversity in the building and there are lots of very nice people living here. The neighborhood has some amazing restaurants and has a lot of nice shops. It is also easy to get to the freeway and go anywhere else on the island.

I come here regularly. Very conveniently located in the downtown area. Many restaurants, shops and stores within a walking distance. Friendly staff. Overall, I enjoy my stay here.

I used to work there and while it was under the direction of a wonderful GM it was amazing. The other staff were so happy to work for her. But that operations manager IGOR…he’s a complete chauvinist. Which is why i alongside another female ended our careers there. I’d recommend it for anyone who is male and military though. Those are his favorites.

Im a resident in this building. The condo has beautiful views and an amazing pool, as well as several grills for you to cook. The manager is a wonderful person, funny and welcoming. The staff, however, not as welcoming or kind. Minus John, the rest of security are not as kind. The rules of this building are unclear also. You are allowed to have pets, but if your dog barks past a certain hour, you will be fined. Which is unfair because we can't control dogs barking. That should be expected when you allow pets to live here. They also have no signs anywhere that states where a pet can and can't go do their buisness. A lot of things can be improved in this building, as well as the attitudes of some employees. But overall, a good living experience

I used to own a condominium in this building, and overall I enjoyed my time there. I worked downtown, so my unit was within walking distance, and so are many other restaurants and sites. I used to go down to aloha tower market place all of the time. The employees of the building were always very friendly, so much so I would get them Christmas presents every year. And, the walls are cement, so once I went into my unit, I didn’t hear a peep from my neighbors. I loved that. However, speaking of neighbors, many of my fellow inhabitants of the building were very rude. I had my own fun ways of dealing with them. Overall, this is a good building, and I have many fond memories.

Great place to live. Larger units than neighboring buildings. Amenities are ok, but i rather stay in the apt anyway: Chinatown is also a great place to live!

It's just a residential high rise building, very nice place with a great pool and barbecue.
