Great location. Current GM: Fernando's emotional IQ questionable, lazy & not paying attention to improving the building. Assistant manager: Jessica really nice & easy to work with. Security is a hit & miss... There's some old timers who really do their jobs. And there's some newbies who stroll with their face to their smart phones. However, building is very secure & safe. Most neighbors are friendly. Lived here a long time & this is how most of our neighbors feel too. If the manager can up his game & show some sign of care, then this place will be even better.

I love living here. Amazing and courteous security staff provides great sense of home and safety. The units are spacious, offer breathtaking views of Honolulu harbor, and are located perfectly in the heart of Kakaako, which makes it easy to walk to Downtown Honolulu or Ala Moana.

Very high-end, security is very friendly and helpful. Resident Manager is always on duty located to the right side of the lobby. There's a lot of guest parking which is a plus!

Maintain free to high , employee paid to much for what they do and to many benefits, compare to other Security companies. They should go contact. Out side.could save money.

Staying with family, having a great time!

This was my first time there. It's in a great location, right in town but not in the middle of all the new development. We attended a party near the pool area.

It's all good.. guess parking is fronting the building which is convenient I think.. place has a great view of the ocean

I don't live here but visited and was really impressed with the quality and security of this building.
