Hook's Oxygen & Medical Equipment

This place is ran by Angie, Angie is misleading and will lie to your face. I specifically asked at the time of purchase of the medical equipment if what I was paying for was the ENTIRE amount. The nurse who was helping asked Angie to confirm that the payment I was paying was going to fulfill the entire bill. Angie CONFIRMED that the amount I was paying was the entire amount. I now get a bill in the mail once a month explaining I owe more money. When I called RoTech, they called Angie and she "remembered me" from a year ago and claimed that yes I did owe the extra amount. Avoid this place at all costs and if you can't, keep receipts, notes and any other piece of information they give you to make sure that this doesn't happen to you. It's sad that a medical facility set out to help people live healthier will not only lie to your face but then later accuse you of lying about what you signed. In fact, I would record all conversations with your cell phone if able. You can never have too much proof of what you have actually paid for and what you are being credited for buying.

I as well have tried to contact for more than 4 months, used all their prompts and never get a call back! Three times I had my dad's doctor call them, give them prescription 3 times. Doctors office asked why they don't respond to calls or answer machines and they could not give reason. Doctor found out Hooks still had nothing in their files when they contacted them the third time and didn't hang up until they assured them they would enter prescription into system while they were on phone. Just called back two weeks later and still no response. Think It's time to find right person to help.

Zero stars. This place is terrible about contacting patients back or filling orders. Avoid them and tell your Dr to avoid them.

i have left many messages over several months to have the unit checked, I was ready to change to lincare when my mom was told she has stage 4 cancer. I left another message today for the unit to be picked up...... well see..?
