Horrible experience.
Was referred by doctor for a cooling machine post shoulder surgery.  Was contacted by the install guy who was a jerk and had zero info if it was approved by insurance yet. Found out they messed up the insurance paperwork and was never approved. 

Happy I denied the product cuz I would’ve been stuck with the bill as they suck with paperwork. 

Would recommend seeking services elsewhere.

Disorganized process.  The rep said they would try to milk my insurance and "get as much out of them as possible."  No website and difficult to make a payment.  The billing and payment system is a mess.
