This place is tremendous. Ann made renewing and updating both my wife and my accounts as easy as possible. I watched how helpful and caring the staff was helping other customers.

Ever since Lincare bought Home Health Depot it has been an awful experience getting CPAP supplies or even getting hold of anyone at this location. I call the number and Lincare answers and I tried to order supplies and they told me there was a problem and I couldn't order supplies until it was resolved but they wouldn't tell me what the problem was at first. It took several calls to find out there was a HOLD placed on my account that they said Home Health Depot placed but they didn't know why and had been trying to contact them. I called the Home Health depot (the greenwood location) and an answering machine took my call and took a message. I called 3 times before I could get hold of anyone there. They told me they didn't put a Hold on my account so I called Lincare back and they still said there was a Hold on my account and they couldn't order supplies for me. I was almost out of supplies and was at my wits end. I called back the Home Health Depot Greenwood location and finally got hold of a person (Matt) and he was able to order my supplies and he said he was going to send my Rx over to Lincare to ensure they had it. I did get my supplies and Lincare then starting calling me for reorders so I assume Matt took care of it. Thank you. However when Lincare called me for reorders they couldn't tell me what the Home Health Depot location last ordered as they are not connected even though they are now the same company. I am so confused and frustrated because I can't remember what was ordered and what I'm eligible for on the next order. Lincare needs to get their act together as they are confusing and frustrating their patients and there is not many people who are willing to help get your issues resolved. This all happened out of the blue because I had been getting supplies no problem before that even after Lincare took over so don't know what happened. I would suggest that Lincare needs to have one computer system so that no matter where a person get their supplies (i.e., from lincare or the Greenwood location) they would be able to see that in the system. The greenwood location needs to be able to answer their phone calls and not use this answering service they are using now to take calls. It is frustrating the customers because they can't talk to a person nor are they being called back in a timely fashion if at all. If I continue to have these problems I am going to switch to another provider for my supplies. I'm giving one star because of what I had to go through to get my CPAP supplies. Once I finally got hold of Matt at Home Health Depot at the Greenwood office I was able to get my supplies sent to me with no problem.

Don’t waste your time. All they have now is CPAP; you need a prescription AND an appointment. Signs prominently on the doors and windows, but wasted a trip just to read all the warnings on the windows.

If I could give it a "0" star review I would. Actually, I think they owe me stars. They never answer their phones and hardly ever return calls. Had to call twice just to get my initial appointment because the scheduling dept "didn't get my info". Had to buy a new mask online out of pocket because they wouldn't return my calls about my mask fit issues or schedule an appointment because the scheduling dept "didn't get my info". Tried to re-order equipment and was told by Lincare (who bought home health depot in June 2017) that I wasn't in the system and they referred me back to home health depot who of course, didn't answer. I will be going there today for the second time in two months to resolve issues and I will be having my records transferred to another agency. Go somewhere else if you can. This place is AWFUL!!!!

Came to my rescue after knee surgery.. told me crutches at MD appt but home health Depot provided me with a walker... Thanks home health Depot
