Home Health Depot

Home Health Depot was not the greatest to begin with, but since being taken over by LINCARE, they are terrible! The last three times I have called to get my mom's oxygen tank refilled, there have been problems. They do not call me back when I call and tell them what I need. It usually takes 3-4 phone calls before I get someone to call me back to make an appointment to come by. Last time, they made an appointment and just did not show up. I called to check where the driver was and was told that he was running a little behind, but if something came up, they would let me know. This was on a Friday, finally on Monday, I called them back and rescheduled. I have never gotten an apology and to be honest, I do not think they really care. If there is any other place that you can get your equipment from, do yourself a favor and get from anywhere, but here.

I am currently deciding on changing providers. I have only been with home health before one month and already they have changed my pricing, and change the information on quantities I'm eligible to buy. I have spoken now with 3 sales representatives and gotten 3 different stories. This is a telltale sign that a company is looking for weaknesses in your knowledge to exploit. I have also contacted the corporate manager who has been conveniently unavailable. As a consumer I have the right to buy from whomever I choose. if I continue to receive attitude from this company I know of at least 7 other providers in the area.

We had a ramp system put in at our home due to being in a wheelchair. They are friendly and prompt as well as seriously committed to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone needing home medical equipment. Their knowledge is second to none!
