Covance

I was an employee at the Indianapolis kit production department. I was fired because I pointed out the flaws I witnessed in their so called ethnic diverse facility. Although and outward appearance thru marketing sheds a light of equality,diversity, and integrity. It is but dem with the shadow of unfairness,racism,and sexual inequality. For instance one evening my flow lead ask me to switch a position with a white female maybe in her early fourties because she was tired and the work load was heavy. No problem I replied being that the packing position is strenuous I agreed but contrary to that.there was another evening when a black female in her mid sixties had complained about knee pain and said she also wasn't feeling well. She endured the pain and in her wasn't going to request to leave early as many would have. Instead she asked the vary same flow lead if it was possible to be switched to PKA which is a sitting position job because of her health issues and the flow lead carelessly said no. I was so upset after witnessing such inhumane behavior from leadership that claims such accolades as they do. I have plenty of documentation of similar injustice as this ,even photos of white employees sleeping on the job while poorly training in front of work flow lead desk with no consequences. I urge the upper management to take a close and deep look into Ur facility......a storm is coming
