Hospitality Staffing Solutions

They have short hours. They are only working two hours out of the whole day tomorrow. Rest of the week they only work 5 hours. They were supposed to close at 3 o'clock today. They left early. How do they expect to get any business?

Where to begin with this staffing company. First off they made promises and never kept half of them and failed to give accurate details about the job. First off they promised laundry on site and a shared kitchen facility. When I got there laundry was across the street and there was NO shared kitchen so for four months of the stay I wouldn't be able to cook food. Most people who came for the job didn't have cars. the ad said once a week grocery trip provided. but when I asked about when the trip was going to happen to the grocery store I was told we had to ride public transit Next thing was everyone had to be tested to be drug free with a hair sample they made sure you were drug free but failed to mention that you would have to clean smoking rooms which is huge for me. I was basically told I had to clean smoking rooms or bye. The communication HSS had with the motel we were staying at was not so great. I was told by HSS I could have guest spend the night but told by motel employee I would have to pay 25 a night if guest wanted to stay. My first night I was oput in a room at Pioneer lodge which had bed bugs. Thankfully I was moved to another room. I'm hoping by writing this review HSS will take their promises more seriously don't just say anything to get us in the door when you know some have traveled from another state with these promises you have no intention of keeping.
