One of the racest unprofessional places to work for in Charlotte I worked for this company and they refuse to pay me even with all the proof of sechedules emails directing me to be there to work from management and staff and still refuse to pay me so I called the department of labor and lgc told them today 12/5/17 that they will be mailing me a check from lgc from the day they did not pay me for working for them in September 2017 then lgc called back to the department of labor. Same day 12/5/2017 and told them they change their mind they are not going to pay me after management or the owner told them hours before 630 pm that they were that's funny how all the proof on paper and now I called you out this company refuse to pay me then on top of that lgc choose to pay me 7.25 instead of 10.00 then to not paying at all lol y'all some kind of company whoever that was that went back on their word you can eat that chump change baby because that's all you do is eat off other u need it more than me I just wanted to let you know i don't back down from no one no matter your title . Just know I know how to keep up with my information and know what I'm talking about "FACTS".. LGC are frauds lires embeslors this place need to be shut down for unethical behavior and unprofessional management will send you to work but won't pay you.. Watch your hours people and take pictures of your time in and out .

I can understand the poor reviews I've read. I was interviewing for a recruiter position within the company itself and didn't even see a point in actually completing the interview. When you enter the building there are multiple printed signs taped to the receptionist desk which were an immediate turn off. It was very unprofessional and impersonal- the opposite of what a jobseeker would want in a recruiting firm. I was greeted coldly by the manager who barely could take herself off her personal call on her cellphone. I arrived 20 minutes early for an 11:00 am interview. The girl who assisted me in getting my paperwork and forms of ID was sweet. She was the one bright moment of my experience. I sat and waited until 11:25 and was finally approached (as I was getting my purse and keys to leave) by the female manager- I believe her name is Whitney- who said, "you all set?" Again, more unprofessionalism. I was "set" at 11:00 am when my interview was scheduled. I was "upset" by 11:25 when I was finally acknowledged by her. She never introduced herself, apologized for my wait, or really showed any positive characteristics in general. I nicely reminded her of my interview time being almost a half hour ago and excused myself. Please note that I would have been more than happy to wait had I been approached and dealt with in a professional way. In my opinion though, my interview wasn't late because she was busy with work related activities. It seemed that she was on personal phone calls and just an impolite young woman in general. It's very clear that the young people managing this business have little to no management skills and very few people skills. I find that especially ironic considering that this is a hospitality staffing company. I can't say that I'd recommend anyone using this company since I wasn't even willing to sit down and discuss a position within this company!

This is the "WORST" let me repeat "WORST" staffing agency in Charlotte,NC. Management and office staffs are clueless. Unprofessional is a complimentary word to describe LGC. By the way,they're known as Ghetto-Staffing Agency. They don't do a completely back ground check on the employees,I know because I worked for them.A lot of the employees don't care about the dress code/uniform appearance. LGC will send you on an assignment and tell you to arrived (15) mins before the schedule time(there's no pay for that 15 mins). A few employees might arrived (1)hour before the schedule time and sign ed in(no-pay). The reason is:When a Client requested (4) employees LGC will send (7) so the first (4) will work,while (3)will have to leave. Of course LGC is to be blamed and there excuse is that if an employee gets into an accident,there will be more than enough employees to cover the assignment.....THAT'S AN HYPOCRITE MANAGEMENT......If you worked good luck if your Check/Deposit is right. Also if you call the office to dispute your deposit and someone(MAY) answer the phone,they'll put you on hold and leave you hanging.....or they will tell you that you don't have to accept another assignment. PEOPLE,IT DOESN'T WORTH IT,LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE,THERE ARE LOT OF STAFFING AGENCIES IN CHARLOTTE.....LGC DEFINITELY DON'T CARE ABOUT IT'S EMPLOYEES.....THEY ARE DEAD-END!!!! >>>I HAVE TO PUT A STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW,THEY REALLY DON'T DESERVE A STAR.
