** Beware of party cake orders*** I had very really bad experience for the birthday cake I ordered. They didn’t pay back the additional amount charged when the order changed from German Black Forest to Butter scotch and most important is that they didn’t write the message given during the order and all this happened after paid full amount in advance. When we noticed the message and name is not written they told they are busy and cannot write and asked more time. This happened when we went there after half an hour of delivery time and after the phone confirmation that everything is ready. We left with no other option to use as it is at the last moment. Later when I called why this happened I got an irresponsible reply that someone else was at the counter and she cannot help and asked to come later when that person comes. Also cake was not good too.. more sugar syrup and TATE BAD. Really pathetic, I ignored the negative reviews and trusted these people and it’s my mistake. PLEASE BEWARE of their attitude towards customers, WORST EXPERIENCE, OVER CHARGING.. AVOID this place. Attached pictures and see how they delivered it!!

I heard about hot and bread from one of my friend. She told me that their Pani Puri is awesome. I lived in mumbai for some years so I love “Ragda Pani puri” that I only found here. They have 7 kinds ko pani puri water. That do have aalu pani puri . You can customize your pani puri there . They server pani puri on a stall so you will feel like you are having pani puri in India only. They have many other snacks like rolls , puff etc.

Ordered Pau Bhaji, Tava Pulav and Radha Patis. Facts - Pau were very small and pressed down like roti and cold. Even warming up didn’t help as there were really pressed down they had grill marks on them so obviously grill weight will press down on break removing all softness Bhaji was needlessly spicy. We didn’t ask for spicy but this was way way beyond spicy. Pulav had scant tomato pieces and super cold. Taste was ok but the rice were actually hard to chew on. Taste was good though. Ragda patis - Patis were delicious. Ragda didn’t have any sat at all. It was loaded with all the chutneys and onions. So by the time we had it it was a big mush. There were no condiments on the side at all. I would have preferred some chutney and onion on the side for Ragda Patties and some Raita or yogurt with Pulav. We tried their potato Vada last week and they were mind blowing but today it was a disappointment. I think I will stick with potato wada from this location.

The place is over full with people and some really bad customers who can’t follow simple FIFO queue rules! I had come here to have the Pani Puri but it took me 40 mins to have it since a lady and her daughter and husband who later came broke the queue and went ahead! Plus when I told her that she is breaking the queue she responded me by blindly saying no I came here first ! The lady serving pani puri was also chit chatting with her idk in what language but they didn’t seem nice! I won’t ever visit this congested place with No AC or hygiene and respect for customers !

Never order pav bhaji from this place especially via delivery, it is stale and tastes bad. The pav ladi sent to us had fungus in it. Very bad experience!

Extremely unreliable. I first placed an order with them last night at 4:30 PM for delivery at 6:30 PM with a cake to celebrate my moms birthday. When the order didn’t arrive by 7:45 PM, I called the restaurant and was told that the order would be arriving within 5 min. The order never arrived. They stopped picking up my call when I attempted teaching them st 8:30 PM. I gave them a benefit of doubt today and reordered with them today at noon for a delivery at 1:30 PM. The order again didn’t arrive so I rang them up at 2:30 and was told that they only saw my Grubhub order moments ago and I would get my order fulfilled and delivered in the next 30 min. It is now 4:45 PM and I have yet to receive the order. I have had issues with pickup at this restaurant previously as well. Never ordering from here again. This was the second time within two days that I experienced this from the same location- appalling customer experience!!! Please spare your time and money with Hot breads

Worst service over here, if they don’t want to work or serve people cordially then they should not assign such people at the pani puri counter, spoiled the entire experience completely, never going back again!! Horrible dry ragda and even worse aunty standing at the counter and abusing us while we were eating!! People should raise their voice against this horrible lady and have her removed from this job, nobody needs to get out of their house in this cold weather and pay them to get insulted while eating!!!! Manager doesn’t even care even when majority of the reviews complain about the one and only or two and only extremely rude ladies working here.

I think Hot Breads serves the best Black Forest pastry and live Pani puri. Have not tried other food. Although the cleanliness needs to be definitely improved

I would say worst place to eat anything. Person serving Pani Puri was eating while serving with the same gloves they used to serve while on counter. When I went to buy some eggless pastries no matter what time of any day you go, they first won’t have change of even $10. Staff is lethargic and slow. They will do everything in there power to slow the ordering process. I also got sneak peek through the window to back kitchen and people were eating the food without washing hand from the same tray they were serving food. Person on counter went to back kitchen grab a big bite and came back. I donno if hygiene was ever the concept in this restaurant.

I heard about this restaurant from a friend, so I decided to test the meals there. The live pani poori I got was delicious, and the service was wonderful. I also consumed Chinese, eggless cakes, and Vada Pav. I think everyone should visit this place.
