Hot N Juicy Crawfish

Food was WONDERFUL! Only reason for the 4 stars is the service was extremely slow. Make sure you get the hot n juicy sauce for your meal. We got baby and it was plenty spicy. It’s the best! Fried brownies were ok. Would be wonderful with ice cream!

Although the food is great. The service isn’t. My wife and I had to wait over 20 minutes to just be seated while these 3 tables sat dirty and not cleaned. We could’ve been sitting there the entire time if they took the time to bus the tables for us instead of making us wait for no good reason. We had to pull an employee aside to ask if they could clean the table for us to sit down at. We traveled an hour just for the food, so at least we could be seated in a timely manner.

I love going to hot and juicy because the food is really good. I was there on 8/02/22. I was sat all the way to the back corner table where the bathroom was located. I didn’t really mined because like I said the food is always good here. I sat there for 10 minutes and I still didn’t get any service. One of the server finally got to me and I told him that I was ready as soon dropped the menus. I ordered 1 pound of shrimp , 1 pound of crawfish with rice and 1/2 of sausage and a lime beer. My food finally arrived but it was missing the sausage. I was trying to get the server’s attention but he never came back. I saw him and the other servers going to others table and asking them if they need anything but never circled back to me. I finally finish eating my food and still no sign of any servers until a tall white guy/shift supervisor asked me “how was everything here”, I replied by telling him that nothing was good because no one came and asked if I needed refill on my water and or my beer. I had also told him that I could have easily walked out and they wouldn’t have notice. He’s excuse was that they were transitioning to dinner and different servers. THAT Should never be an excuse!!! From now on, I will only order food Togo.

Ehhh, I don’t know lol! I live in Louisiana so try to avoid these types of places in other states. When we arrived, there weren’t many guests and it took a long time for us to be seated. In my opinion, the prices for the boiled seafood were outrageous based on how much the others paid. I played it safe and ordered a shrimp poboy. The shrimp were really small and the sauce on it was weird. They should have just kept it simple and it would have been “okay.” One thing that turned me off was that there were gnats flying around the restaurant. Overall, I know good seafood and this isn’t it. I cannot recommend this place!

I came here with 3 friends for our first time trying crawfish. The food was delicious and the portion sizing was respectable. The staff is very kind and friendly. They remembered our names throughout the 2 hours we were there, which added a loving feeling. The seafood bags come with a variety of seasoning and spice options - even if you can’t handle a lot of spice, you can still have a well seasoned meal. Overall, I recommend this place and my friends and I plan to come back sometime after the holidays :

This was so nice. We will be coming back. Our server was awesome, food was hot and the atmosphere was comfortable. Bring your wallet. Or a friend with money. Only bad part is, the parking sucks. But over all, let's do it again. Features: No mask needed.

Amazing !!! We went out for my partners birthday and was helped by ZACHARY. He was an amazing, took care of us and was such an amazing person. We ordered multiple items on the menu, The catfish poboy which Zach recommended tasted amazing. Of course we had the seafood as well, it tasted heavenly! Overall we enjoyed our time, the vibe, and atmosphere ! Employees seemed like they enjoyed working with each other. Also one of our friends forgot her keys and one of the workers actually ran across the road to deliver it to us. We didn’t get your name but you are a hero! Will definitely be coming back here and will recommend this place to other people as well! Thank you !

If you visit DC and like Crawfish and Shrimp you have to visit this place! We were seated immediately and provided a written menu eventhough they have contactless menu option. We did not have to wait more than a minute before our waitress to take our drink order. Our order was brought out within 10 minutes of ordering and it was worth every minute of the wait! 1lb of Steamed Shrimp with drawn butter and the Get Your Feet Wet menu selection. For $40 you get 1lb of fresh crawfish, 1lb of shrimp, 2 potatoes, 2 corn nibblets, and 1dz sizable pieces of andouille sausage. I chose to have my Get Your Feet Wet prepared in Medium in Hot & Juicy Sauce and it was a great choice! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole meal! It was more than enough for us in one sitting and we had to take some home. You are provided with a bibb and plastic gloves to protect your hands and close from all the juices you'll be slinging while eating. While I did not partake, there is a well stocked bar and ample beer selection. Professional and courteous staff rounded out this overall great eating experience. Again, a MUST visit location when in DC.

OMG! Outrageous head-on shrimp w/ potatoes & sausage! Highly recommend, kinda a wait, but worth it. Catfish so sweet & fried w/ cornmeal OG, calamari soooo tender.

Not the best food but it was still very good. But I'm not a super big fan of seafood anyway. And I haven't had all the flavors but it didn't wow me. However, the service was so friendly that taught me how to eat crawfish in an easy way. I definitely recommend the experience to anyone because the atmosphere is so awesome.
