Hounds Hideaway

My husband and I took our two little girls to Hounds Hideaway for their first time Monday. They are both very timid and shy and have never been around other dogs. I talk to staff several times before taking them and also visited beforehand. Staff were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and were ultimately the reason we decided to make send our girls there. I was SUPER nervous and I think my girls were equally as nervous. They called me midday to give a report, which I LOVED. They also assured me several times I could call and check on them. We have already scheduled their next daycare visit! Great so far in my book :)

We were traveling to Conway from Mobile, AL for a wedding and needed a place to board our Wheaten Terrier. I found Hounds Hideaway online and, after reading the reviews, decided to give them a try. I couldn't have been more pleased. They answered questions quickly, were very flexible with my ever changing plans, and, most of all, took amazing care of my dog. I was able to find pictures of him on their special Facebook page (for pet's parents only), and I could tell he was having the time of his life. My dog is a lover of all things that can get him dirty, so I signed up for the "good-bye bath", and he came out shiny clean and brushed to perfection. My only wish is that I could always find such quality care for our dog. Thanks, Hounds Hideaway, you were amazing.

I am SO happy I found Hounds Hideaway! I have 2 pups, one who is a little timid and one who is, how shall I say this, not very sweet to strangers and they welcomed them both with open arms. The online booking and parent portal is amazingly simple and easy, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are afforadable. You can tell how much they love animals and I’m super grateful to have somewhere like this to take my gals!

My dog loves hounds hideaway! They always take great care of him. The pictures they post to their Facebook page are always a great way to check in on your dog. When I boarded Oscar for the weekend, they gave me a number to text and check in on him. They respond incredibly fast and it is comforting to know they are taking such good care of the animals. They also send out a report card to let you know how your animal was during their stay. It is the best!

I highly recommend! Always clean and friendly. The online reservation and record system is so convenient. My dogs really seem happy to arrive, even though we are not regulars, and are greeted by staff who are happy to see them. Helpful website, good advice on their blog too.
