They will give you the runaround every chance they get. They take forever to process complaints, use the same online form that's on the website, they send inspectors to check on the claims but then they don't do anything, even though there's blatant code violations. Bureaucracy at its very worst. They will also bounce off phone calls from one department to another, making you waste time and plenty of work hours going from one place to the next. I wish I had a solution for anyone wasting their time with this department. They're pretty much useless.

They are horrible and take forever to process something. You cant get a response via phone, email or walk in. Just a bunch of useless people working making empty promises and giving the run around with no consideration to how there lack of follow up effects peoples lives in our community.
