The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles

The inspector are not doing their job. They past anything. It is almost as if they are in bed with the lanlords it is a shame. If you complain they retaliate by holding up your voucher. You are at their mercy. They are not regulated enough. More checks and balances is what they need. Too many folks taking their jobs for granted. #Hud needs to go in and take surveys in the lobby.

i cannot say enough about the professional staff here. each visit was fast, painless, courteous, and this was during holidays. great work, thank you.

It opens at 8am, but people starts wait and line up earlier than 7 in the morning. Securitys were more helpful, but Housing/desk Staffs can be a little rude when you ask them question you don't understand. Housing staffs have a way having a bit of an attitude when it comes comunicatinions.

The supervisor (Angelina) of Ayde Serna is rude no compassion no understanding over talks you maybe she had a bad day or she has too many cases. But you can't take it out on people this your job this is what you were trained for no need to be unruly. I will talk to her manager myself to see if I can get some help I feel I can't talk to Angelina and she did not give me her last name.
