Long line for parts. Two hours waiting time in line. Very, very slooooooooooooooow. Horrible management. If you want to get COVID-19 come to this place. Always 25-30 people in line inside the building at the parts counter. Not safe.
I am from St Louis Missouri and needed help with some part numbers at 2am. All of our local dealerships were closed and I found this place open on the internet and called. Their parts department help me with everything I needed and was able to cross parts locally. Great job parts department.
It is understandable to wait at least 20 minutes. However, waiting over 2 hours it’s unacceptable and inconsiderate to customers. The company should know that their store gets busy. They should have more employees working upfront. Terrible waiting time.
