I drove city vehicle to be dropped off. They do good work but it may take some time.

they have great food.the picadillo and the carne guisada the best ever.

Miserably poor parts counter.  They move at a snails pace, taking over an hour to handle six customers.  As an inventory manager who deals with multiple truck dealers, RUSH has the worst parts counter amongst Kenworth, Mack and even International.  Truly a shame given the company's scale.

They had my part when Cummins didnt. It was out in 15 minutes when I stayed on hold longer than that for Cummins

Pricing is high but yamar was able to get us a good deal on what we needed, really appreciate it!

Dumbest people I've ever met... they will lie to you to get you to come and leave you high and dry. Also very unprofessional... even the tow truck guy dislikes this place.
