Super friendly people, fast turnaround times, and high quality work. I had a dent in my door and needed a new bumper, so I expected at least a 2-3 week turnaround time. But, they got everything done in less than a week and a half, and my car looks brand new. Trini is extremely nice about explaining everything to you, and they give you fair prices on everything. Highly recommend these guys, and I'll definitely be back if I run into auto trouble in the future.

Had the entire front end of my car gone which would be expensive work. I went to so many places for estimates but they weren't in my price range. Came to Houston Platinum Collision and it was cheaper than all the other places!! Will is very friendly and gives you the correct estimate of repair. Had my car fixed very quickly. Best place to go!

This is the place to go! First time I have ever gone somewhere and everything was what they said it was, no surprises. I dropped off my car and the owner took the time to greet me and look at my truck with me and discuss the damage. He was friendly knowledgable and very attrntive. He gave me quote and and a timeline before i left. The thing i loved the most is that he was sent me pics through the process to show me the progress and keep me updated. When i returned the pick up my truck it was perfect. He had even washed it for me. There were no surprises and the work was flawless. This place is great and i recommend all my friends here. It's always hard to find a quality body shop you can trust and i've had my fair share of bad ones in the past. So when I got a nasty scratch and dent caused by a shopping cart on my brand new vehicle, I dreaded the fact of trying to find someone. I used Google to find some local shops close to me and Platinum Collision Pros happened to be right down the street. Despite the limited number of reviews, they all were 5 star rated so I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. I met Will and he took the time to explain what was needed to do the job. Communication was excellent throughout the process and when it was time to review the work, there were no surprises. Paint matched perfectly, body work was smooth, it looked factory fresh. I have since recommended all my friends and family to Will. I even liked his work so much, I let him refinish and paint my brand new carbon fiber bike frameset and that came out fantastic, especially for it being the first time he's worked on such a project. If you want a no nonsense, professional, quality body shop at a reasonable price, look no further.

They’re nothing short of kind, patient, and honest. I’m always scared I’m going to get screwed over at car shops because I really don't know an alternator from a solenoid. Will and Trini take time to understand your problem and explain to you exactly what they plan to do. They're really cool guys, not intimidating at all and the work is QUALITY. This is the only place me and my sister will go. I live out of town and have to leave my car sometimes for extended periods of time until I can come back and get it for business in Houston and it's never a problem. They're almost too nice and I try not to take advantage of it!

Will did a fantastic job on my SUV. The turn around was fast, and the work was seamless. He even went out of his way and fought with the insurance company to get them to cover an item they had already denied. He got them to cover it and kept me in the loop the whole time. He has earned our future business and anyone else who might ask for recommendations. They are the best!

The staff did a WONDERFUL repair on my vehicle! Work was completed in a timely manner, and Will guided me every step of the way while worked with the insurance company of the man who hit my car. Will even repaired and replaced items that weren't covered by the insurance company for a great price. I love my car now! I highly recommend Houston Platinum Collision Pros!

Highly recommend this collision shop. Will went over and beyond the call of duty to make an unfortunate situation bearable. Hes honest, reliable and has a heart of gold. The repair was superb. There was a slight delay because of insurance adjuster issues, but Will was so kind and giving. We are eternally grateful for all he did to guide and assist us while our truck was being repaired. He is the BEST!!!!!

Houston Platinum Collision Pros replaced the side mirror on my car recently. We were so impressed with the results and the service. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and any concerns we had. I believe my mirror was ordered the day my car was dropped off, and it arrived so fast, the paint was matched perfectly to my car. I couldn’t have been happier because it was all done faster than I anticipated, it looked perfect when we picked it back up. We’re definitely customers for life. Thank you guys!!!

It's like going to your uncle's shop!! Will, Liz & Mario all make you feel like you're family! And not only that the work is amazing for great price!!! I went to other shops they wanted car for a week. Here I dropped my car off in am and had it by lunch!
