The room was beautiful and very spacious. Layout of 2 queen beds was very comfy home feel to it. Hot shower was hot even after teen son and hubby showered. The night attendant was polite, a little snippy with my daughter but only so rules where understood. Will definitely be back. Rooms: Extremely spacious, very clean and tidy, furniture was nice modern style, and the color scheme was easy on the eyes. Walkability: Conveniently with in walking distance to coffee shops, tire shop, and several different fast food restaurants. On bus line with a stop less then 2 minutes away. Laundromat 1 block away Food & drinks: Dutch Bros right next door, as well as 2 other coffee shops within a blocks distance, close to Mexican food, chicken, couple different burger joints , and 2 convenance stores less then 5 minutes away as well as 2 pubs
No room cleaning for 3 DAYS! They said for multiple day stays they only cleaned every 3 days. So, we were punished for staying multiple days. We stayed 3 nights There were 2 AC units, only 1 worked. They did not clean the room even when I requested it. I had to go to the front desk each day for clean towels. Trash overflowing due no service. Coffee cord did not reach outlet. Had to carry coffee pot to bathroom to use. There were bugs in our beds not bedbugs. Staff attitude could use improvement.
This has been the worst stay. We came from Seattle area and were 50mins away and I had already checked in through the app and was told we would not have a room, I advised that we were less than 40 mins away and were coming 4 hours and she was rude and said well I guess I will figure something out. She said I will call you right back. Never called back, We got here and they found us a room. This room was not the cleanest. The beds have other people's hair on it. There is someone walking around being loud all night. Then we call to complain about not sleeping and she was rude. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Booked through expedia thought I was getting a fair price and was prepared for the stay. Upon check in I was informed they would be charging 150$ deposit on top of the 180$ hotel fee that was paid through expedia. Fast forward a week later I have to call and ask about my deposit. after being told they put it through process I asked them To verify it was done. Turns out they had not returned the surprise deposit and I’m still waiting after almost 2 weeks next step is to contact my bank.
I had paid for 1 room, two gueen beds, ahead of arrival $133. They let a new trainee take my card and charged me an additional $172.50 to my card that was supposed to be on a hold. Very upset giving I am on vacation. Room was nice and clean and very comfy beds. Management awfulRooms: 5/5
The room and hotel were clean. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was the mattress felt like someone 800 lbs had slept in it for a while and caused a good size dip in the center of it. I kept rolling back into the groove.Rooms: 3/5
This place was interesting. The room was ok, clean enough but definitely not great. Tbh I felt nervous leaving my car there. Its cheap, that's why its good. They have wifi and a tv. overall, if you're on a budget go ahead, but if you can afford it - maybe check out some other places first.Rooms: 3/5
Dirty sheets. Dirty walls. Ugly paint. Terrible receptionists. Breakfast items ran out an hour after it was served. Was charged an extra 150 deposit on a nasty room.Rooms: 2/5
Well he's pretty family and helpful it wasn't a big issues right around I feel I would recommend it to another person to stay there I mean I didn't bug us he didn't bother me at all these stupid name did anything else in my room so LOL okay thank you and have a great dayRooms: 5/5
I stayed for 12 days. In all that time, house keeping only serviced my room once. I had to go to the front desk for towels, toilet paper. I had to take my trash to the dumpster. If they are hiding behind the COVID excuse that is very sad. The hotel was booked full the entire time I was there. If I could have changed hotels, I would have.
