Finally used the Citizens ATM card since the switch from HSBC. There was a very low limit on how much I could withdraw. Went to teller window was very helpful and got the rest of the funds I wanted. No bank slips needed just my ATM card and ID. And I was alerted about a few other issues while I was there that I need to follow up about. Very good customer service at the West 57th Street branch.
Employee are excellent but management is horrible. I had a friend who worked at this branch and he told me all the horrifying stories about the manager A. Many of employees including my friend had to resign from the position because they couldn't deal with her. She was verbally abusive and created hostile workplace for the workers. I strongly believe upper management needs to look into this matter.
Horrible branch, looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. Made countless mistakes on simple transaction. Need to be trained for operational excellence and customer service couldn’t admit their mistakes and simply apologize.

Very pityfull service… the lady on the right office when entering is just insanely negative and time consuming ! Run away to an other HSBC agency …
