Joshua and Liliana are the best. They did everything to help me understand the credit world. Liliana on the pulling up with statements trying her best to see the issues and Joshua on the explaining. They literally know their job and breath it. Great team they have here. I'll definitely recommend this branch and them to everybody who needs help. Kuddos to you both. PS. This bank is always neat and clean too, great ambience.
When anyone envisions a most helpful community, service oriented, professional bank that is staffed completely with courteous and knowledgeable people who will serve all your needs - this bank location is what you are looking for! My wife and I reside close by in the Upper West Side and have had the privilege to build ideal relationships with the people here: the intangible value has served us well countless times over the years. The standout of this unpretentious and yet hyper-competent location is Slava, who has the corner office and indelibly created the fantastic "can do" culture of this bank. For all those out there who think banks are no longer needed and crypto suffices, I respectfully disagree!
Wish I could give a zero! Unfriendly, lethargic, and had been referred here by another branch and that I would be over in less than 15 minutes. 2 tellers were clueless and could care less and said the person who could take care of my service need had stepped out. So, lovely and perfectly screwed up as America's most inconvenient bank of the year
Eric and Darial, the two blank faced front desk people stared at me as I stood there waiting to be helped Thursday evening, 7/15 slightly before 6pm. I assumed I 'd get some assistance from my friendly neighborhood bank that I've been with for over half a decade. When I stepped forward and kindly asked for help, neither Eric nor Darial seemed to catch on to that either. Seems they were waiting for 5:59 exactly before informing me that the vaults were closed so they couldn't give me some change. Darial then proceeded to laugh at my request for quarters. Later I learned from a Steve, a manager of some sort that they said I hadn't specified the amt of quarters. Welp, if they hadn't rudely told me no and had half a brain to ask, perhaps they would know. I then left and realized I was missing my ID so went back and knocked on the glass door as the security guard also stared blankly as I asked to look for my ID. Another TD Bank customer was there and also attempted to get through to this security guard who we were both convinced was either deaf or blind. Good god, no one bank at TD Bank. I'll be switching over to Chase, thanks.
I recently moved to California. TD Bank has been nothing but a hassle to deal with: customer service mistyped my new address, received my new card after 2 weeks of waiting. After multiple calls my address was still wrong. They aren’t able to forward the new card or checks to a temporary address so good luck if you’re traveling and something happens - you’re basically unable to use your money. Sadly, this bank is not flexible if you live outside NorEast. They give you no option but fly to a nearest location that’s just plain and stupid. I will be changing banks.
I love TD bank. I love their free coin counting service - at least free as long as you have an account. Coins pile up in such an absurd way, it's nice to be able to count them without paying the absurd Coin Star counting fees. The staff at this branch is particularly friendly, although I confess that I've had good experiences at every TD Bank branch I visited.
I recently read a negative review about the manager of the West 57th St. branch, Larry Reynolds. I can only say that my experience with Larry has been unconditionally the best I have ever had with a bank manager. His attention to detail and his ability to listen carefully and then attend to what is needed is worthy of a 5 star rating. Sheila Kurtz, a long time admirer of TD Bank
I used to go to the TB bank for convenience because I work around the corner and my boss too . We had a very bad experience , can’t remember the name of the lady’s , she is like Indian , short hair , use glasses , skinny , short . She had a bad actitud and let me explain ; whatever the reason it’s you can’t talk about the customer with your co-worker in front of them . That’s rules . I heard in the neighbor that she is does that always . Loosing business just for one person , that’s sad .
My wife and I visited the bank yesterday to open a joint checking a/c. We were provided a courteous and professional help from Deynean Armstrong, Assistant Store manager. We strongly recommend this branch for prospective customers.
employees were super helpful and accommodating!
